Metabolic conditioning refers to exercises that increase the storage and delivery of energy for physical activity. All training requires use of the muscles to produce energy; what distinguishes metabolic conditioning is how energy is created, how it is used and how rapidly it is expended. There will be a wide variety of exercises use for this class, ranging from the sled to tire flips. This class will be 45 mins of non-stop compound movements, guaranteed to make you sweat and burn calories.
