Our kickboxing class is a complete workout experience, perfect for all levels. Each class starts with a warm up to get you loose and ready to go. Then, we pump up the volume and get to work. Our highly skilled instructors will lead you through a series of combinations that will strengthen, tone, build endurance, and help you get fit faster than you ever imagined! If you’re just starting out, we’ve got you covered. Our instructors are always available and happy to help you wrap your hands and provide demonstrations of proper technique.
