Tony is a local leader in the wellness field, he holds a Master’s Degree in Business  Management and Nutrition and is currently working on his Ph.D. in Human Performance, specializing in Sports Nutrition. Tony has demonstrated his knowledge and passion for nutrition and the movement of science to his current clients and backed it up with a highly successful local gym which Tony runs and owns in Annapolis, MD.
With an extensive background in nutritional biochemistry, he has 20 years of Fitness Experience.  Compassion drives Tony to use his thorough educational background in achieving better results with and for his clients as he and his client take their wellness journey together. Tony backs what he says through research not preference and is excited to put his knowledge into action.

Tony’s Approach:
Initial Consult and Health Strategy Design, consisting of a comprehensive evaluation reviewing all aspects of life to create a customized plan for each individual. This will include the use of an extensive client questionnaire, biochemistry evaluation, metabolic testing, and a complete diagnostic of your physiology.  
Each consultation will be 60-75 minutes
A Comprehensive Health Strategy Plan – Within a week, you will be delivered a personalized document, tailored specifically to you, outlining all of my recommendations and instructions for moving forward with your health, based on the data and discussions we have had.
Each patient will get full access to my private app, for purposes of encompassing all the generated information, as well as food logging (Optional). 
Each patient will get 4 weeks of guidance via the Practice Better app, which they have access to questions and any adjustments needed for their plan of action. This will encourage greater compliance.
