Personal Trainer/Kickboxing Instructor
My name is Janice Coleman and I have been teaching Kickboxing at Kicked Up for over two years. I also have been teaching martial arts for over 20 years, and hold a second-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. I am a certified ISSA personal trainer and have been working with clients for over a year at Kicked Up Fitness. I am ready to train you!
My kickboxing classes are high energy and fun. I stress proper technique so you will get the most out of your workout. I also like to incorporate self-defense techniques during the workout so you will take away valuable skills on top of working up a sweat.
If you want a trainer who will help you with technique, footwork, agility, strength training and cardio, I am your woman. I am also a vegan, so I’d love to be a resource for those who are trying to embrace that lifestyle.
