Joshua has been working full-time in the fitness, health, and wellness industry since he graduated from Towson University in spring 2009. He has performed a variety of roles, including teaching group exercise classes and specialty programs, personal training, designing exercise prescriptions and programs, delivering seminars and workshops. He has extensive experience working with individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and fitness levels. Joshua has been training in martial arts since he was 6 years old and instructing since he was 13. He teaches multiple yoga and meditation classes and has been a devoted yoga practitioner since 2009. He is also an avid runner and has substantial experience as a running coach. Promoting an active and healthy lifestyle is Joshua’s greatest passion, and he is thankful and privileged for the opportunity to share his knowledge and skills with the Kicked-Up community.
