Our mission at Kicked Up Fitness is to provide the ultimate personal fitness facility that focuses solely on your success. Our diverse team is highly qualified and dedicated to taking your fitness goals to the next level. We offer a variety of group classes and personal training programs that provide something for everyone regardless of your fitness level. We believe in working hard and achieving results, all while having fun!  We are a Veteran Owned and operated facility, so we all know about giving back. Never given, only Earned.

Our classes have a complete workout experience, perfect for all levels. Each class starts with a warm up to get you loose and ready to go. Then, we pump up the volume and get to work. Our highly skilled instructors will lead you through a series of combinations that will strengthen, tone, build endurance, and help you get fit faster than you ever imagined! If you’re just starting out, we’ve got you covered. Our instructors are always available and happy to help you make sure you hold proper technique.
