Training for Athletes

Here at Kicked Up, we have highly qualified Agility, Speed, Strength and Conditioning¬†coaches. We start our session consisting of a thorough¬†evaluation using tools such as FMS (functional movement screen), NKT (neurokinetic¬†therapy) to insure the athlete is functional and ready to start training. We structure a detailed program, with different phases to reach the athlete’s goals for the upcoming season. If you are looking to take it to the next level, let us know! We train athletes 10 years of age and up, for any sport.
